About the Writer Gordon C. Bennett has published many one-act plays as well as books on theatre and political subjects during his career as a communications professor and coordinator of theatre at Eastern College (now University) at St. Davids, PA (USA).
GOD OF LAUGHTER (the stageplay) was first performed at Eastern University under the direction of Mark Hallen, and has since had public readings in professional theatres around Philadelphia, PA.
Subsequently Bennett has teamed with a professor at Villanova University to complete a screenplay based on the Moliere saga and they invite enquiries from agents and producers.
