Harry is an adventurous hamster who longs to escape his dreary life. one day he stows away in his owner's suitcase, and they both depart for Venice. Once in Venice Harry is befriended by a colony of mice living in a delapidated villa. However, it isn't long before Harry encounters the despotic Nero, a large black rat intent on terrorizing the mouse colony. Harry realises that in order to start his new life as a gondolier, (ferrying mice around the canals), he must defeat Nero and his cronies. After a lot of training, and the help of some unlikely alllies in the shape of the local cats, an epic battle ensues, with Harry and chums coming out victorious of course! Harry finally achieves his aim of becoming a gondolier, and the black rats are banished forever from Venice. This cscript was originally written as an animation screenplay.
