Set in the aftermath of the First World War a returning soldier (Simon Jones) and his wife (Celia) seek to come to terms with the experience by turning to a spiritualist (Brailey). The play explores the rise of spiritualism, the effect of war on ordinary people, and the guilt of survival. The play won the 2008 Oxford Playhouse Short Play Competition.
